What is Virtual Organizing?

Virtual Organizing is the process of getting organized through remote work sessions led by a Professional Organizer via video chat, phone or even email. We will work one on one with you to support you, offer our expertise and help you tackle your projects and achieve your organizing goals.

How does Virtual Organizing work?

We start with a initial session (usually an hour). We will “meet” virtually and tour your space and get some good visuals of the area(s) to be organized, we will assess your needs and discuss your organizing goals with you. We will share custom ideas and techniques to help you achieve your individual organizing goals. After the session, we will send you a customized Action Plan including a supply list for items you will need on hand for your project as well as a homework list including your action steps. One of the best benefits is that you can work at your own pace and we can schedule additional sessions to help you along the way.


What do I need for Virtual Organizing sessions?

  • A computer, iPad or mobile phone;

  • A video program such as FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom;

  • Or we can communicate by phone, email or text.

We offer One On One or Virtual Consultations. Prices are based on the size of the job, with a two-hour minimum requirement. Like other service professionals, we contract with our clients. Upon signing the contract for hire, a 50% deposit is required. This requirement is a standard business practice in professional services.
